Mobile Recyclers

The Mobile VEB range has automatic controls and shutdown making them simple enough and safe enough to be operated with one man. They have been designed to recycle large asphalt breakout (up to 400mmx400mmx200mm) and asphalt millings (planings). Mobile Screen
The RSL CASCADE 1042 has been designed to hook up to any suitable vehicle and can easily be towed where needed. This machine will produce 45 tonnes per hour of screened material and is ideal for both base and wearing coarse grade aggregate when renewing footways. Self Loading Recyclers

The Mobile Self Load VEB range are fitted with a self loading arm and bucket to load themselves reducing outgoing costs as there is no need for a loading machine on site. The Self Load VEB range will produce 1-4 tonne batches every 20-25 minutes (dependant on climate and machine range). Two hydraulically controlled discharge doors allow for precise and quick material discharge to wheelbarrow, bucket or hopper either side of the machine. The Self Load VEB range have automatic controls and shutdown making them simple enough and safe enough to be operated with one man.
